Payment Methods
Payment will be made to I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc. via credit card, debit, Interac E-Transfer, or an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full for first-time clients. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.

Drone Licensing & Services
I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc. holds all necessary licenses to perform work approved by Transport Canada. All work performed will comply with federal, provincial, territorial, state, or local laws and regulations. Drone services are weather permitting and cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking. Drones cannot operate during snow, rain, or high winds. Drones are also prohibited within 5.6 kilometers of all Canadian airports and 1.9 kilometers of national parks, heliports, and hospitals.

Client Review of Work
The Client agrees to review and request any changes within two (2) days of receiving all media. The Client also agrees to be reasonably available should I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc. require any clarifications.

Appointment Cancellation
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee determined by I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc.

Use of Images/Videos
The "Client" will receive photos for digital download with a non-transferable license for business use. Digital downloads include images for printing and may be used on the web, social media, or email. Photos and videos may not be resold, altered, or used outside the original intended use.
By booking, you agree to allow I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc. to use images and/or video for marketing, advertising, promotional materials, and portfolio purposes.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs without I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc.'s permission. Violators will be subject to civil and criminal penalties under Federal Law.

Prices Subject to Change
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, total square footage, and/or unforeseen economic circumstances.

Matterport Hosting & Reactivation Policy
1. Free Hosting Period: Matterport 3D Tours will be hosted for free for six (6) months from the date of creation.
2. Extended Hosting: After six months, hosting may be extended for $25 per month on a month-to-month basis. This can be canceled at any time.
3. Reactivation Limit: Archived models may only be reactivated twice. Active models may remain hosted for a maximum of two (2) years, excluding the free hosting period.
4. Final Archive: Once a model has been archived and reactivated twice, it must remain archived indefinitely and cannot be restored again. Clients are responsible for maintaining an active hosting plan if continued access is required.

Payment & Hosting Terms
All sales are final. Once work has begun or services have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Any account that remains inactive for twelve (12) months or more will be subject to deletion. A client account is considered inactive if no new appointments have been booked and no active services (such as ongoing hosting or subscriptions) have been paid for within a twelve-month period.

Travel Fee Policy
1. Standard Service Locations
Appointments within Osoyoos and surrounding areas (including Penticton, Rock Creek, and Keremeos) are not subject to a travel fee.
2. Travel Fee for Outside Locations
A flat $35 travel fee applies to appointments outside the standard service area to reflect travel time and costs.
3. Notification and Non-Refundable Fee
Clients will be informed of the travel fee during booking, and it will be itemized on the invoice. Once confirmed, the fee is non-refundable.
